In The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time von Mark Haddon (dt.: „Supergute Tage“) geht es u.a. darum, dass sich nicht alles bewahrheitet, was man als Kind geglaubt hat. Eine Kreativaufgabe bei der Englischlektüre war für die Klasse 9+b, eigene „Objekte“ für das Panoptikum kindlichen Irrglaubens beizusteuern.
